Spanish is a really unappealing language to me. It's so, well, floral and poncy. I can't stand it, it makes my hairs raise because it's so reminiscent of like, orange and pink flowers. Lmao.

you think spanish is poncy?? what about french? i think it's quite a feminine language.

but then again each to her own...

I consider French to be the centrepoint in MFL. German's all butchy and angry, and Spanish is like a damn gardening centre. French is just...neutral.

Sign language. Like, hardcore, though. Being able to have one of those ninja fast hand conversations with someone would be uber awesome. Plus, you can teach your baby sign language before they can speak so that you can still communicate with your child. Which is also wicked sick.

That entire post just made me admire you slightly, I never thought of sign language, and if I did I would have said it. That would be so amazing :)

I know american sign language

Hindi, Latin, Arabic, Spanish/Italian.

Ranked in order of desire, but realistically, Hindi is not going to open any doors for me.

Latin and Ancient Greek.  I mean I know lots of Romance languages and I know modern Greek...it would kind of...sum everything up.

I want to be proficient in:
- Arabic
- Japanese
- Spanish
- Chinese/Korean

I'm okay in Spanish, in Japanese, and teaching Arabic (though I don't actually know it... yeah, our school language program sucks)
