I go with price. I get stoned extremely easy and only need one good hit off a bong or a couple joint hits. So a cheap bag of crap can last me awhile.

 Good quality stuff gets me way too over stoned.

also, when i get weed i never have enough self control to let it sit there, i end up doing it until it's gone, and for that reason i prefer a short-term weak high with no burnout rather than a long debilitating good high.
