Sounds like I something I'll try. I've almost tried every other hallucinogen, even DMT. For some reason I just have trouble finding Acid.

I hear DMT is similar to salvia, and if so I do NOT want to try it. I've had enough trouble with Salvia.

I can relax and enjoy the loss of control during acid alot, but I could not handle completely losing my mind.

In some ways it is, in a lot of ways it isn't. The only real similarity is that both drugs cause you to dissociate from your body for a time, and while you're on the other side you risk forgetting who you are/ that you took a drug/ what is happening and panicking as a result. Salvia has a lot more shit in it that bugs you out, though--that horrendous body high, nasty loops, and shit like that. DMT is brilliant colors, abstract shapes, and euphoria.

LSD is my favorite drug in forever. The fact that $5 hits can do so much is absolutely absurd, the complete lack of serious risks for those who lack pre-existing mental conditions and try it in a controlled setting is amazing, and the experience is completely alien and wondrous. It's hard to describe tripping to someone who has never tried it (if you've eaten mushrooms you'll at least have some familiarity with the mindset), but the most profound effects of acid are the way it changes your thought processes while under the influence. The visuals tend to be stunning distortions of reality/ bursts of color rather than straight-up hallucinations (you're more likely to see trees writhing eerily and making faces at you than to see a purple elephant walking down the street); I tend to get glyph-like patterns on textured surfaces as well. Psychedelics in general make me incredibly euphoric; cocaine and ecstasy have never made me as happy as doses and mushrooms.

Obviously it's not perfect, but this is pretty close to some of what I get on acid sometimes.

Anyway, I've only ever done one hit of acid at a time and haven't really tripped out but it's still fun. It can be really euphoric and the psychedelic effects seem similar to the psychedelic effects of MDMA but stronger and without the same stimulating effect.

I got a bit overwhelmed my second time on trips because I was in a very crowded nightclub.

The come-down has an extremely sketchy/grimey feel to it. You feel a lost and scared and not safe.
