*this differs from condensed milk how?

YUM, i love butterscotch. even da puddin is good. Milk flavor is a flavoring developed to taste like milk. and milk powder aint different, some labels ue different words.

These are crappy cheap candy from the market (I dunno if you have these in the usa but I mean a big market in a field where gypsies, travelers and - to be fair, some local people who just want to sell their wares go. Everything is ubercheapo)

We do have different butterscotch candies, but I'm not sure if they're the same, or similar.

It makes sense they'd make them for less, though. They try to spend as little as they can to produce them, and then hope to get lots of money from the buyers. Bah!
