I have a 7 year old daughter Lily. There is no need to tell me I am a bad mum by the way, We don't usually have many crisps lying around the house but when we do they are gone in around an hour. When she goes round to her nana's house she eats loads of chocolate, usual within the first 30mins. I admit I buy her sweets when she asks but I know what a healthy diet is. She is 35lbs overweight and I would like to know how to crack her habit nicely as not to upset her.
We have an exercise plan but it is hard for us both to stick too.

Um, you'll just have to tell her that she has to stop eating that stuff. And if she starts exercising with you, give her little rewards for every couple pounds she loses. Like, a trip to the park or a movie or a new toy. And buy her healthy sweets. Sweetened banana chips are yummy =D

take her swimming she would probably love that and give her fruit and tel her its better or sothing and say you have no crisps or sweets or chocolate
