i don't know which country should i pick...but
based on my experience,french & italian & Portuguese & english & of course AMERICAN don't know more than 1 language ! they barely use a 2nd language !

in tunisia we need to learn 3 foreign langauge
...but learning langauge is cool

as for france,no my dear they barely speak english !

Learning something at school doesn't guarantee any real knowledge.
Go to France and you'll see they refuse to speak in any other language than French.
